How can I keep my dog from hiding his treats in my bed?

So my dog has this cute but habit of hiding the last few bites of his treats in one of the beds in the house. He will jump on the bed, drop the cookie and bury the blankets and pillows over the treat so he can presumably come back to it later. Well he only does this with one kind of treat and it happens to be really messy so we don't want it in our beds. I don't have a problem if he wants to hide it somewhere else and I know this is natural dog instinct but how can I prevent him from hiding it in our beds?
