How do you guys feel about the "endangered species" billboards in Atlanta against BLACK abortion?

I don't live in ATL and haven't seen these billboards, but I have often wondered why, in the face of declining numbers, American blacks have routinely been against foreign adoptions of black kids by white couples. Wouldn't it bolster their numbers if thousands of people went to Mali, Haiti or Uganda and adopted black orphans to be raised as black Americans? Wouldn't these kids have advantages and be pivotal in blacks staking a bigger claim in US society?
