The Pumas have earned their place in a major annual competition with their recent performances against other top 10 sides. To continue to deny them regular competitive fixtures against the quality of teams like New Zealand, Australia and South Africa would be a failure by the IRB. To continue the development of up and coming nations like the Pumas they need to be in a competition that suits their quality and the Pumas are certiantly suited to the TRI Nations
