What kind of jobs are out there for former teachers or people with a Bachelors of Science degree in Education?

Next year I am scheduled to graduate from college. (MAY 2008) I am now having second thoughts abut becoming a teacher. Student teaching opened my eyes! I will still like to graduate with my current concentration, but I want to go into a different occupation.
