Am I using my guy friend now that he told me liked me?

I had a crush on my friend for a while, but he didnt see me like that. He said he wanted to remain friends, and then made me his confidant and would tell me about the girls he liked and kiss and everything. Now that Ive left my University (since Feb) and moved back home an hour away from there, he tells me on chat yesterday that he liked me for a long time (b4 that he insisted on chat that we do it with each other, all this happened after leaving the uni) i turned him down for . hes a good friend, but since he turned me down, back then, and said i was like a little sister to him, my romantic feelings towards him kind of died. But I went along with what he was saying wen he said he liked me and all that (I feel abit bad about it) but ive never had a BF and im 20 and hes 23. I'm confused he says wen he comes pick me up early this week we'll give each other a "pionate kiss"...I dont want to lead him on, but I want to see how a kiss like that is, and I think he may just be infatuated with me now(he seems to fall in love rather quick, but he says he never meet someone like me, how do i know those arent just cheap lines he used with other girls ) and also I wonder if he'll still think i'm pretty, ive changed appearance wise alot since then, i think. Ive dyed my hair red , it was brown/black. and ive gained some weight. O_o help, what would u do/ or advice would you give me... thanks :) sorry for long question
