If Bush ordered the CIA to kill Hugo Chavez, would it give the GOP a huge boost on election day?

I believe it would. Americans hate Hugo Chavez and want him taken out. I see no better time than the present. Chavez is being groomed to replace Fidel Castro as Latin America's premier tyrant and madman. We should nip this problem in the bud, and might as well gain the benefit going into an election.
