Horsey dress up! Need ideas .....as many as possible! A?

So I'm trying to figure out what would be a creative and awesome costume for horse and rider! Specifically me and my black and white paint! I'm not really interested in Indian. It's hard with her spots and black mane. A cow seems easy but kinda lame, any creative ideas would be FAB!
