Men & Women answer; is this normal or not?

When my husband gets extremely "in the mood" and I'm not, he insists that I kick him in the "private parts' real hard to get rid of the feeling. Keep in mind that we NEVER kiss or hug,snuggle. We just go through the motions. Therefore, our life is, me-bored and him, getting what he wants. Is the kicking thing normal or in the phase??
