Is it time to review the UK speed limits?

They are all fine except the upper limit on motorways. 120 is too fast. 90 is probably the maximum but I think there should be a minimum too of say 50mph.The current levels of 40 and 50 for non residential roads adjacent to towns could continue.Other urban roads with a 30 limit and 20 and 10 as you suggest.
