Reduction using SnCl2, AcOH in MeOH removal of Sn(OH)2 ppt?

i often employed the above method for the reduction. the only issue i have is getting rid of the white ppt tin II hydroxide during the isolation and purification process. just curious what the procedure employed by others out there
