Will a 5.0 motor fit into a 1996 and newer mustang?

I have a 302 motor I built out of a 1976 Ford Bronco. I want to put it into a mustang and I was wondering if it would fit into a 1996 and newer mustang GT. They have the 4.6L in them so that is why I am unsure. If it will not work, what will I have to do to make it work. Thank you
