Exchange server?

I recently purchased a phone that I am syncing to my companys excahnge server for e-mail. My question is, when my phone syncs does it sync my text messages and my personal yahoo account too (it also goes to my Treo phone)? I am asking because I get the occasional text and e-mail from friends that would include language not accetable for work. I pay for my phone and my data plan so that is not an issue as long as my personal text and e-mails do not go to my corparte exchange server. I do not see it anywhere on there, but I want to make sure.
