Is it teething or too much depend on pacifier?She used to fall asleep on her own days or nights till 6 months.

on her own and hardly being cranky. After 6.5 months till now (7.5 months), she has been acting cranky almost everyday and through the day. I know she had been teething and I've already seen two buds under her upper gum cutting out. However, I expect her crankiness would be gone away after those two teething cutting out, but it has not. She didn't take any teether but taking her pacifier to relive her teething pain. She refused other form of teethers. She used to fall asleep on her own, but today couldn't without pacifer. My question is if she develop dependency to pacifier already? or it just means new other teeth are cutting out soon and she still has pain? If she is still in teeting pain, I will let her take the pacifier, if not I rather try to limit her pacifier use of break that habit soon. How do I know? (PS, she still chews on her tiny finger sometimes.)
