Does it really take 7-10 business days to receive a new credit card?

I filled out an application online for a capitol one credit card and was approved. The site said that it would take 7-10 business days to be received. Does anyone know if they send the cards out sooner than they say? I am really in need of this credit card. And also, can the card be delivered on a Saturday? Thanks in advance for help :)
