Hello book help please?

i am looking for a fantasy book or series, i am eighteen and i have read rings, narnia, potter, and eragon. i liked them all. but i am looking for something more my age. potter and eragon the main character were to goody two shoes type for my liking, any suggestions would help thanks. i kind of wanted to check out sword of truth becuase i like the tv-show but then i already seen the show soo..
