How can i get into UCLA film school?

I am a mexican junior in a california highschool. i pretty much sucked sophmore year, and only got a 3.4 weighted gpa. however, i am taking 3 ap cles this year and am hoping to get at minimal a 4.2, aiming for a 4.6 of course. according to the psat/plan scores, i am supposed to do well on the sat and act tests. i am part of habitat for humanity, and i really want to become a screenwriter. will i get in here? and if not what can i do to get in? and if not that where else can i go thats good for screen writing?
