I have noticed over the years that i have been shrinking.In my teens i used to be 5'1.I am now 4'11 boo hoo

I had a doctors check up earlier this year and he mentioned my height.I told him i used to be around 5'1 so where are my 2 ins gone.Apparently has we get older we shrink.I remember my nan she was always a couple of ins taller than me.Yet by the time she died she was 97.The last time i had seen her before her death she was 4'10 if that.I know she used to be around 5'2.I think it is different for some people.I only hope i dont shrink too much.
