If i get straight A's for the rest of the year, can i get into Columbia University?

I'm a sopre in high school, in freshman year, i got okay grades, a's, b's and a few c's. this year i got off to a good start, then i got a d in spanish and biology. everything else was a's. if i get straight a's for the rest of this year, (midterms are on january 18- something) and do good on midterms, and then maintain straight a's for the next two years, can i get into columbia university?
