Is an 3rd gen integra h22a swap faster than the 97-01 prelude?

I have an integra, thinking bout selling it to buy a prelude. I was just wandering if there both 5 speeds and both stock h22a. Would the integra be faster cause of the weight. If its slower, ill buy a prelude
