Poll? At what time of day do you think or guess that most traffic tickets are issued by police/state troopers?

-The Shift doesn't matter. The "Timing"- Does ! The MOST Likely time for any given Cop or Trooper to shell out their Tickets- is Immediately AFTER they come back from Their Coffee & Donut Breaks. Because THEN- they're all "fueled Up" & rare-in to Go !! :)
