Why is Los Angeles all white?

Y'all kno what I talkin bout. All the movies and shows made out in Hollywood have all white people and none of us blacks. I don't dream of eva goin out there cuz it is like 95 percent white and all rich *** mansions and expensive places and downtown is just wealthy whites walkin round and smog left by the whites polluting. Their aint kno blacks, asians, or hispanics out there but why? Cuz it is just a racist place that is not accepting of people of color. That's what i think but why is it that way?
