Which refrigerant does not damage ozone layer and also does not cause global warming?

There is no conclusive evidence that ANY refrigerant can damage the ozone layer or cause global warming!! And even if there was conclusive evidence to that effect, refrigeration systems are CLOSED systems and only leak their refrigerant when those systems are damaged! With the coming moratorium on the production of older refrigerants beginning in 2010 there will be a thriving business of reclaiming and hoarding older refrigerant to keep older systems in repair. The whole refrigerant scare is a sham!
