I am trying to connect my xbox to my apartment complexes supplied wireless internet.?

The apartment complex i live in currently has an internet package included in the rent, so i am trying to connect my 360 to the net via this wireless connection. The problem being they just switched to a POE network and added a new warning screen so that when you bring up tha new browser page on your computer it tells you not to do anything illegal , bla,bla,bla. I have a feeling that it is just this screen that my xbox is unable to resolve. it is currently an unsecured network so the xbox can see it and communicate with it but no internet when i test the connection. Is there any way to byp this screen or is it possible it just doesn't like dealing with a POE network rather than just a simple router.
